[Training] Special Training on Legal Knowledge held by Jiangsu Changhong Intelligence in 2019
In the afternoon of 15th June 2019, the Administrative & Human Resources Department of Changhong Intelligence invited a team of legal specialists to deliver the legal knowledge, a total number of 47 administrative management staffs participated in this training.
Hongxia WU, the Director of Administrative & Human Resources, made a mobilization on the training. WU said that it is urgent to improve the legal awareness due to the rapid development of the Company, the staffs who joined in the training shall study hard to strengthen the legal awareness, apply what they learn to the practical problems and prevent & control the risks, so as to implement the work smoothly. Afterwards, director Hongqun Tian and Ning JIN, the legal advisors, taught the lessons on contract signing, they combined the classic cases from the easy to the difficult and explained the risks in the process of contract conclusion and implementation. Specific to the three aspects of beforehand, in-process and afterwards, they proposed the coping strategies, such as review beforehand, tracking in-process and ledger establishment afterwards. Based on the specific situations, they analyzed it and offered some feasible suggestions. In addition, detailed elaboration was made on the contract’s component, primary elements, logic structure and words expression, all staffs could focus on the content and make targeted notes.
This is the first training on legal knowledge in 2019 held by Changhong Intelligence, through it, the staffs in the Company shall not only enhance the risk prevention and control awareness on legal events, but exert a profound guidance meaning on future works, for example, how to further improve the legal terms and conditions and how to intensify the office management of the contracts. Besides, a communication channel has been established between the staff and the legal advisors, if some problems occur in the future works, our staffs shall consult with those advisors at any time. Administrative & Human Resources Department shall arrange more professional training courses in accordance with the Company’s development and the requirements of each department.
